this morning I woke up sore. not because I worked out yesterday but because I wore cute boots to work that cause my legs and feet to hurt. instead of whining, like I wanted to. ok maybe I did whine lol. I put on my essential oils, got up and did my first day of couch to 3k. I feel good now. so I’m sitting outside enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. now to just keep it up! now is weigh in day.. scared but hopeful I didn’t gain anything

I did. I’m a big guy so it was a nice step into getting running. I didn’t get to running a full 3 miles but I would still highly recommend it.

thanks. I’m not a big runner but I figured even if it’s just a light jog at least I’m up and doing something

That’s exactly what I said. It’s better than sitting on the couch and we’ll get faster as we continue.
