Friday night dinner for one 

good evening everyone! I’m sorry I didn’t post yesterday, my allergies were acting up. I ended up going to bed at 7:30 last night. 

My bf went to a car show tonight so I was left alone for dinner. I decided to start again at a local gym. I finished signing up today then went to Wal-Mart to look around. 

since I am doing good lately with my healthy eating. I wanted something filling but healthy. 

I took a chicken breast and cut it up.

I also cut up green peppers and had some broccoli left over, threw that in with some mushrooms. 

I sauteed that around a little bit. added the chicken

I seasoned that and added some tomatoes. I love tomatoes!!

looks delicious!!! I know it looks like a lot. but it is only 4 oz of chicken with vegetables. I did have some potatoes on the side for my carb. I also drank a huge glass of water.
